Questions about hiring video editors
How does online delivery work?
You agree on the brief and price, the editor delivers in the app, and you approve the work before you pay. You can ask for a revision first.
How do I pay?
You pay the pro directly after the job, in cash or by scanning their GCash QR in the app. Pronto never holds your money.
Are video editors on Pronto verified?
Pros submit a government ID that our team checks before their services can be booked, and some categories also need a license or proof of experience. Badges show exactly which checks were completed.
