Is it free to join Pronto?

Yes. Creating a pro account and listing your services is free.

What is the welcome load?

Once our team verifies your ID, ₱200 is added to your Pronto wallet. It pays your platform fees on your first jobs and can't be withdrawn.

How do I get paid?

Customers pay you directly after the job, in cash or by scanning your own GCash QR. Pronto never holds your earnings.

Does Pronto take a cut?

Pronto may charge a small platform fee when you accept a booking. It is taken from your prepaid wallet load, never from the customer's payment to you, and you see the fee before you accept.

What do I need to get verified?

A clear photo of one valid government ID. Some services, like electrical work, may also ask for a license or proof of experience.
